2. Vietnam visa approval letter delivery within 1 hour guaranteed

3. How long does it take to expedite a rush Vietnam visa?

The working time of the Vietnam Immigration Department starts at (local time) 8:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday of a week. Lunchtime from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, with short break time.

+ 2 hours rush Vietnam visa processing:
If the request has been sent before 8:00 AM, the visa approval letter will be delivered at 10:00 AM or at 03:30 PM if the request sent from 11:00 AM to 01:30 PM,
+ 4-8 hours of urgent Vietnam visa processing:
If everything has been done before 8:00 AM, the visa approval letter will be delivered on the same day. Later requirements (after 10:30 AM – local time) will be processed by the next day.

4. Emergency visa at weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

Important noticed is the Vietnamese Government organizations, including the Vietnam Immigration Department or Vietnam Embassy or Consulates abroad, are also have 2 days off the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or in the Vietnamese public holidays. During these days, a normal processing visa will be suspended until next Monday morning. If you need an emergency visa for your entry at the weekend or Vietnamese public holidays, you must pay an extra fee for overtime processing fees. Normally, your visa approval letter will be ready in just 4-6 hours after payment completion.

Just remember to select the overtime processing mode when you make a visa application on these days.

5. How much does it cost?

Normally, a visa on arrival will be completed within 48 – 72 hours at the cost of US$ 8 per visa only (learn more about Vietnam visa fee). In urgent cases, in working days, it can be shortened to 4-8 hours, 2 hours or 1 hour (at the weekend it can be ready within 4-6 hours).

For 4 – 8 hours of urgent processing, US$ 20 added up to normal rates;
For 2 hours super urgent processing, US$ 80 added up to normal rates;
Emergency processing in 1 hour, US$ 180 added up to normal rates.

In Vietnamese public holidays or the weekend (Sat~Sun), the Vietnam Immigration Department stops receiving normal Vietnam visa requests. However, being a professional Vietnam visa agency. It is not a hidden charge as the procedures of the emergency visa processing at the weekend or holidays will take more time, more effort and anxiousness of many involved people. 6. How to apply for a rush Vietnam visa?

Step 1: Checking your flight time and Vietnam current time

Some airlines will check your visa approval letter prior to boarding the flight. Thus, you need to estimate how much time remaining and check current Vietnam time. Step 2: Fill out the application form or send us an email

The online application form is available for the applicants to submit anytime. You need to fill in the form with the required information and check it carefully before submitting it. All the information must be correct as it is printed in the passport. You can also send us an email with the following information:

Step 3: Making a payment

The payment can be made by PayPal, Western Union or via bank wire transfer. Normally, banks in all countries will not work at the weekend. Therefore you may use the Internet banking service or PayPal instead.

Step 4: Receive the Vietnam visa approval letter that has been sent via email and get the visa stamp at the airport.

At the departure airport, you will need to present an approval letter to board the flight to Vietnam. When you arrive, you give the immigration officer all the prepared items to get the visa stamp. 7. Is it guaranteed?

In most cases, there is no problem with getting an approval letter in emergency situations, however, it CANNOT be guaranteed.
